Shipping policy

For gun safes that ship directly from the Supplier, you will be contacted by the delivery service to arrange a delivery date. Any special delivery restrictions for your area need to be clearly communicated to the delivery service when scheduling the delivery date. Delivery will be curbside (box truck up to an 18-wheeler size truck); you will need to be prepared to move the item and arrange final placement. Please be aware that once your item ships from the factory, the order is final and cannot be cancelled. If you choose to return the safe, you are responsible to pay for return freight, any restocking fees and all other charges incurred.
